Lemme explain how I describe my workouts. When I say 5x5 of something, I mean I do 5 sets of 5 reps, which ends up being 25 total of an exercise. I do it 5 times (reps) in a row (one set) and then take a break and repeat 4 more times for a total of 5 sets. Then when I put, for example, 50#, I mean the amount of weight I lift (50 pounds). Hope that helps! I’m using this blog as my fitness diary so that I can see my progress, so I forget I use code names that only I might understand. ^-^

3/21 Workout:

Barbell squats: 5x10 50#
Glute bridges: 4x16 70#
Glute cable pull-throughs: 5x10 50#
Donkey kicks: 4x15

Leg lift hip thrusts: 5x5 
Bosu ball plank leg pulls: 4x10
Bicycle crunches: 4x25
