Sometimes you really just need a treat. And what better than some peanut butter cookies?! I love them and they’re healthier than your traditional one.
Peanut Butter Cookies:
1/2 cup flour1 1/2 tsp baking powder12 packets stevia (or 1/2 cup sugar)4 Tbsp brown sugar1 cup peanut butter4 Tbsp applesauceVanilla
Mix dry ingredients then stir in wet. Form dough into balls and then place on cookie sheet. Press the top with a fork to make the cross-hatch pattern. Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes or until starting to brown on top (like in picture). Mine took about 15 minutes in oven.
